What is this based on?
Our approach is very different from other ADHD apps. We don’t try to fix anything: you are not broken. You have an ADHD superpower, the ability to hyperfocus and a wonderful creativity. Your only obstacle is the nervous system’s high sensitivity, and when you learn to regulate your nervous system, everything else follows.
In a nutshell: harmonize the nervous system and everything changes.
Your nervous system has six hungers: certainty, variety, significance, connection, growth and contribution. The ADHD nervous system is especially hungry for variety and significance. We don’t switch the hunger off: we change the restaurant.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
The exercises work for everyone, absolutely, but you also have to do them. This app is made by people with ADHD for people with ADHD, built with years of professional experience.
I’ve never finished any program.
We know, which is why this is built differently. One small thing at a time, moving forward, and a break doesn’t reset anything.
The program saves your progress: a pause isn’t failure, it’s part of the journey.
I take ADHD medication. Is this right for me?
Yes. Our method is medication-free, but that isn’t a condition. The program works just as well with medication as without, and we don’t take a position on your medication.
I don’t have a diagnosis.
You don’t need one. Take the free assessment and the program will tell you whether the app is for you. The exercises do good for every nervous system.

What does it cost?
The yearly subscription includes a 7-day free period that you can cancel at any time. After the seven days, if you haven’t cancelled, a one-year membership costs €119 and renews automatically every year until you cancel it.
The monthly subscription includes the same 7-day free period. After the seven days, if you haven’t cancelled, a one-month membership costs €27 and continues automatically until you cancel it.
People who joined the email list before launch received a founder price of €89 for the yearly membership instead of €119, with their link by email. The monthly price is €27 for everyone.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel a one-month membership at any time, but the app stays open for the time you’ve already paid if you decide partway through the month.
You can cancel a yearly membership at any time too. It stays open until the end of the year you’ve paid for, and it won’t renew after that.
Both agreements include a 7-day free period for trying it out.
Where can I buy the membership?
The easiest way is to buy on our own site: choose a plan and we’ll email you the install link. The app is available for both iPhone and Android.
After you’ve bought, download the app from the link in the email and log in with the same email address you used for the purchase. The app sends a one-time code to that address, and it opens according to your membership. The first charge is made only after the 7-day free period.
Can I listen to exercises and lectures with the phone’s screen off?
Yes, and you can save recordings for offline use if you’re out of network range.
