Don’t believe a word.
Try it.
Below are two practices straight from the app, complete and free. No sign-up, no email first. Listen and notice what happens.
Put on headphones. The difference is bigger than you’d think.
Sit down with your back straight. The edge of the bed, a chair or the floor, anything works.
Do the practice all the way through. The effect comes at the end, not at the start.
When your body is running hot
There is no forceful breathing here. The whole practice rests on one thing: the exhale is twice as long as the inhale. Four in, four hold, eight out. Three rounds, and at the end of each a moment with empty lungs and a low hum. You’ll learn the rhythm on the first listen and can take it into use at any point in the day. Set aside about seventeen minutes.
Nervous System Reset
A long exhale brings the nervous system down from overdrive into rest. Rhythm 4-4-8, three rounds. No previous experience needed.
Use the player above. It's best to listen with headphones in a calm place.
A breathing exercise does not replace treatment or medication. If you are pregnant, or have epilepsy, a heart condition, high blood pressure or a severe respiratory illness, ask your doctor first. Don't listen while driving.
When you need to feel good
The second practice works differently. It releases the stress state and leaves behind exactly what the name promises: a calm, harmonious feeling. You can do it at any point in the day, evenings included.

Did you feel something?
That was one exercise. The app has dozens, and the program picks the ones that suit you. Choose a plan on our site and we will email you the install link. The first week is free and you are charged only after it. On iPhone the app is available outside Europe. Leave your email and we will tell you when it arrives in Europe.
Thank you. We'll email you when the app is available.
