Three things worth knowing
What it is
A Finnish and English app for regulating the nervous system: short guided breathing exercises, audio lessons, and SOS tools for moments when things run hot. The exercises are based on a researched method. No diagnosis is needed, and it suits anyone as support for nervous system balance and coping at work.
Anonymous for the user
The employer cannot see who uses the app or what anyone does. Usage figures are reported only in aggregate, and groups of fewer than five users are not reported at all. This is written into the contract.
Easy to roll out
You receive a single code. Employees download the app, enter the code and start in their own language. No integrations, no work email, no separate accounts.
No need to guess the number of seats
You cannot know in advance how many people will be interested. So the whole staff gets to try it first, and the order is sized to how many actually adopted the app.
One code for the whole staff
You receive one organization code that gives every employee full access free of charge for two weeks. Share it on the intranet or by email. A ready-made guide is included.
See how many are interested
After the trial you see how many people took the app into use. Usage figures arrive in aggregate, never under anyone’s name.
Order the right number
The annual plan is sized to real interest. The trial commits you to nothing, and if you do not order, access ends after the trial.
Because the trial is open to everyone, nobody stands out and anonymity is preserved. The trial code is capped at your headcount.

In addition to the trial, or after it, you can choose a three-month pilot where the same assessment is taken at the start and the end, with an interim and a final report.

The pilot fee is credited in full against an annual plan if the contract is made within 30 days of the pilot ending. We do not promise results in advance. The pilot measures the change, and you see the figures yourself.
